When can I expect to receive my allyoos package?

We work closely with our carriers to ensure your allyoos can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for standard and rush shipping times:

Where does allyoos ship?

allyoos currently ships to the 50 states in the United States.

We offer two shipping speeds, because sometimes you need your beauty like, now:

Standard (4-7 business days): $5

Expedited (2-3 business days): $25

When will my order ship?

Here’s the order + shipping process: you order, we process your oder, we ship your order. 

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

I'm having problems with tracking my order.

Ugh, this can be so annoying, but it happens, we’re sorry! This is probably why: the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at hicousin@allyoos.com and a real human will help you out. 

How can I edit my shipping address?

Super easy! Just email hicousin@allyoos.com before you get a shipping confirmation email. The best time to change your shipping address is immediately after you place your order.
